Join Team Tommy for a reverse course triathlon beginning in Emerald Bay at 7:30 am to benefit the Challenged Athletes Foundation and help individuals with physical challenges lead healthy lifestyles through grants provided for the necessary equipment training and mentorship to make it possible.

Where: Beach at Emerald Bay

Choose your own adventure including any or all of the following:

7:00 am: Meet down at the EBay beach. Coffee, waters, energy bars and drinks

7:30 am: RUN/HIKE into the Canyon for up to 2 hours

7:30 am: BIKE up to 2 hours in the Canyon or Road Ride, Laguna Newport Coast Loop

8:30 am: BIKE up to 1 hour in the Canyon or Road Ride, Laguna Newport Coast Loop

9:30 am: SWIM to the Buoy or further in Emerald Bay

10:00 am: Post event Celebration and CAF Presentation with Emcee Bob Babbitt and Paralympic Swimmer and CAF Ambassador Rudy Garcia-Tolson. Breakfast burritos and juice and coffee served
